Team Manager Responsibilities

Checklist for parents, coaches, and team managers for initial team meetings:

1. All players must have paid their $20 registration fee if not paid at tryouts.

2. All players who are "playing up" must have a completed and signed exemption form on file with the DOC.

3. All players must submit an NCYSA Medical Waiver.

4. All players must submit a 1" x 1" color headshot picture for player card – similar to driver license size (digital pictures accepted but only if printed on photographic paper).

5. All players must provide a photocopy of his/her birth certificate (only for players not affiliated with CCSC for the 2013-2014 season and who did not submit a copy at tryouts).

6. $100 Acceptance fee is due at the initial team meeting. CCSC fees are some of the lowest - if not the lowest - in the state. Payment installment plans are available. Fee assistance is available if a request is submitted and approved. Credit cards will be accepted at the initial team meetings with CCSC Board Members present.

Meeting times will be on June 16-18th. Meetings will be scheduled at the Y from 6:00-8:00 pm.  

Parents are welcome and invited to attend the meetings, but parents do not have to attend the meeting if everything listed above has been given to the teams coach or manager. Every CCSC team must send a representative on one of the scheduled days with all of the items listed above.
